A soft dry rosé wine with plenty of fruit-driven vibrancy. It has a very pale blush-pink colour reminiscent of a partridge-eye. Aromas are of fresh white peaches and cream with a distinctly dairy edge to it.
The palate has flavours of tangy apricot and yellow nectarine with a hint of quince and medlar. It has nice acid balance with notes of red and white-currant alongside ruby grapefruit and tangerine. There is the faintest hint of residual sugar which marries well with the acidity but the overall perception is a dry rosé which is good for summer drinking.
