Heron Farm & Vineyard Tour

Running from April to September each year and lasting approximately 75 minutes, our Vineyard Tour will teach you about our vineyard including the grapes we grow, and the challenges and benefits of growing grapes in this part of the world.

Alongside our vineyard we cultivate a large amount of produce and fruiting trees, some well know in our market garden others as part of our climate change experiment to see what will grow in Devon as our climate changes including Sichuan peppercorns, pecans and Japanese plums!

You will visit Orchards to learn about our apples and apple juice making, and a tour would not be complete without visiting our Kitchen Garden and “Gin” orchard.

Along the way you will try some of the products we produce here at Heron Farm & Vineyard including the Honey, Jams & Chutneys from our market garden our very own Sichuan Peppercorn Gin and of course our award winning wine!

We offer a scheduled vineyard tour on a Saturday, when Saturday’s are fully booked we open up an additional slot on the Sunday
