Our garden team sow, tend and harvest, while our chefs make the most of each season—bringing together produce grown here at Heron Farm with the best from farmers and suppliers across the South West.

Our cooking is rooted in the farm, with a little of the warmth and generosity you might find at a vineyard table in France, Spain or Italy. Much of it is cooked over wood and charcoal, creating an ever-changing menu of generous, uncomplicated food.
