Heron Farm & Vineyard Tour

Tours run every Saturday from from April to September. Tours start at Midday.

Thanks to the vision of the 17-acre farm’s founder, food writer, Mark Diacono, Heron Farm is home to an extraordinary mix of crops from medlars, quinces, pecans, to Sichuan pepper, alongside approximately 3000 vines of Solaris, Pinot Noir and Seyval Blanc grapes.

The tour guides guests around the vineyard, orchard and kitchen garden sampling a selection of Heron farm produce – Sparkling, white & rosé wines, gin crafted using Sichuan peppercorns and apple juice pressed from the heritage Devon apple varieties, just to name a few.

Tours last 75-90 minutes and visitors are welcomed to stay for lunch in the walled garden or restaurant after the tour. 

We offer a scheduled vineyard tour on a Saturday, when Saturday’s are fully booked we open up an additional slot on the Sunday
