Wood-fired & Music Series – Ibiza Chill at Heron Farm – Friday 21st August, 6pm

There are few places that capture summer quite like Ibiza.

Not the late-night clubs, but the quieter side of the island… long tables beneath the trees, the scent of rosemary and citrus in the warm air, food cooked over fire, a glass of something cold in hand and a soundtrack that seems to slow time down.

This summer, we’re bringing a little of that White Isle magic to Heron Farm.

Introducing Ibiza Chill at Heron Farm

On Friday 21st August, our beautiful walled garden will be transformed into a relaxed Balearic escape. As the sun begins to mellow, DJ-K will be creating the soundtrack to the evening with the laid-back grooves of Café del Mar, think Groove Armada, Moby, Royksopp, Morcheeba, St Germain.

Meanwhile, our chefs will be cooking over flames on our handmade Parilla grill and wood-fired pizza oven, serving a menu of smoky grilled dishes, wood-fired pizzas, seasonal small plates and generous sharing plates, all celebrating the very best local produce.

Pair it all with an ice-cold spritz, a cocktail, a crisp glass of Heron Farm Rosé or chilled beer then settle in for an evening.
