There are few places that capture summer quite like Ibiza.
Not the late-night clubs, but the quieter side of the island… long tables beneath the trees, the scent of rosemary and citrus in the warm air, food cooked over fire, a glass of something cold in hand and a soundtrack that seems to slow time down.
This summer, we’re bringing a little of that White Isle magic to Heron Farm.
Introducing Ibiza Chill at Heron Farm
On Sunday 30th August (Aug bank holiday weekend), our beautiful walled garden will be transformed into a relaxed Balearic escape. As the sun begins to mellow, DJ-K will be creating the soundtrack to the evening with the laid-back grooves of Café del Mar, think Groove Armada, Moby, Royksopp, Morcheeba, St Germain.
Meanwhile, our chefs will be cooking over flames on our handmade Parilla grill and wood-fired pizza oven, serving a menu of smoky grilled dishes, wood-fired pizzas, seasonal small plates and generous sharing plates, all celebrating the very best local produce.
Pair it all with an ice-cold spritz, a cocktail, a crisp glass of Heron Farm Rosé or chilled beer then settle in for an evening.
