Fresh ingredients and simple, flavour-led cooking are at the heart of the Heron Farm.

Our garden team sow, tend and harvest, while our chefs make the most of each season – bringing together produce grown here at Heron Farm with the best from farmers and suppliers across the South West.

Our cooking is rooted in the farm, with a little of the warmth and generosity you might find at a vineyard table in France, Spain or Italy. Much of it is cooked over wood and charcoal, creating an ever-changing menu of generous, uncomplicated food.
