Two weeks until our glorious Winter Market here at Heron Farm Vineyard kicks off. A delightful curated selection of local makers, creators, artisan food & drink purveyors and indie businesses will join us in the vineyard to bring you a beautiful seasonal market to be enjoyed across two days, 3rd and 4th of December, from 10-4!
Shopping small is more important than ever right now, and supporting small indie-makers has always stood behind our gift shop ethos here at Heron Farm so when Beckie from Fifi & Bear Markets approached us earlier this year with the idea of a market in the vineyard marquees for Winter, we jumped at the chance!
Mulled wine, fairy lights, our brand new season Apple Juice mulled too, music and more!
Tickets are just £3 per person, per day, under 12’s are free and 50% of the ticket is heading to Devon based Balloons Charity!

Fifi & Bear Markets
Fifi and Bear Markets is a relatively new company, established in April 2022 by Devon-based Beckie.
Established with the initial intention to set up a one-off small market as a way to bring together other like-minded small businesses and promote their handmade, local products, along with her own items from her business, Fifi and Bear, with an overwhelming response!
Beckie soon realised the markets were not only an amazing way to promote so many lovely local makers & creators but also a perfect opportunity to support local communities too. A percentage of the entry fee from each market is donated straight to local primary schools, local charities or community organisations.
Passionate about the markets supporting as many local businesses and communities as possible, Beckie is really excited for what the near year has in store.
Fun Fact: Fifi is the nickname of Beckie’s beautiful & adventurous daughter, Sofia. Bear comes from the full name of Beckie’s loving & cheeky dog, Teddy Bear Long. Together they formed the business name Fifi & Bear which holds a special place in Beckie’s heart!
Stowford Flowers
Stowford Flowers, run by a local flower grower and Florist, Olivia, is based on a former dairy farm near Budleigh Salterton in East Devon.
Livvy grows and nurtures her own beautiful British blooms and then retreats to her flower studio, The Old Dairy – which is just yards from the flower fields – to transform them into wild, natural bouquets and displays that bring people a little slice of joy.
Livvy primarily grows flowers for weddings and also sells bouquets at a number of outlets in East Devon. Local bouquet deliveries are available throughout Spring and Summer, and a collection from the farm service is also offered.
Livvy is extremely passionate about using only British Flowers and works within the British flower season which is March – November.
Stowford Flowers is entirely foam & plastic free, and try to be as sustainable as they can with the materials they use. All flowers are grown by their fair hands, meaning minimal carbon footprint.
Throughout the winter months, Livvy offers dried flowers and wreaths and focuses on tending to and overwintering her young plants ready for the following season.
Coastal Canines
Coastal Canines is a small online business based in Sidmouth Devon created over a year ago by Natasha Saunders, selling 100% natural dog treats and home-baked goodies.
After getting her first dog 4 years ago she realised just how many different types of treats are out there on the market. Unfortunately so many of these treats contain rawhide, preservatives, colourings and a number of other nasties. With this in mind she wanted to ensure that her own dogs were only eating the best.
After a lot of research and talking to different suppliers Coastal Canines were born. All treats are 100% natural, air dried or baked to lock in flavour, nutritious and naturally healthy. Every item has been locally sourced from farms throughout the Westcountry to ensure the best products every time.
Supported by her two chief taste testers Bella and Evie the cockapoos she has also created the Barkery. Baked in her own kitchen at Canines HQ Natasha has a range of delicious home-bakes from raspberry and parsley biscuits, blueberry and yogurt Cupcakes to egg, bacon and cheese Muffins. All bakes are made using the finest natural ingredients gura to guaranteed to get those tails wagging.

Stir Crazy
Stir Crazy resin products create beautiful one-of-a-kind pieces, their niche is that no two pieces created will ever be the same.
They are best known for their ocean inspired jewellery, all of which contain real sand from various places. Due to the way the cells of the pigments in the resin react to heat, you will never get the same wave formation twice. The perfect sentimental gift for any lover of the ocean or someone who enjoys travelling.
Stir Crazy also creates unique pieces for your home including unusual charcuterie boards amongst other things. Perfect centerpieces for your table at dinner parties or something special for someone who loves to host.
