21st Sept – Willow Weaving Deer with Jo Sadler
Spend a creative day at Heron Farm learning the traditional art of willow sculpture with renowned basket maker and sculptor Jo Sadler.
Under Jo’s expert guidance, you’ll weave your very own magnificent willow deer to take home. With her work featured across the South West at destinations including The Newt and Abbotsbury, you’ll be learning from one of the region’s most respected willow artists.
Whether you’ve never worked with willow before or are looking to develop your skills, Jo will guide you through every step of the process in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. By the end of the day, you’ll have created a striking sculpture that will become a real talking point in your home or garden.
The workshop takes place beneath our stretch tent, surrounded by the beautiful surroundings of Heron Farm, making it the perfect opportunity to slow down, get creative and enjoy a day immersed in nature.
